should not use high index sunscreen

A saying that sunscreen more than SPF 30 is not appropriate for sensitive skin is a lie. The more sensitive your skin is, the more UV protection is required. If you have a light sensitive skin, it is better rather to use a sunscreen more than SPF 40. It is necessary to make a thick barrier on the skin using a sunscreen of more than SPF40 made of physical UV protection ingredient.
