The first attempt was quite experimental . I tried to leave every element of the building , which is in good condition and removed everything which was in a bad condition . Therefore , I replaced some elements of the buildings with modern structures and even added new spaces and constructions . But quite soon I realized that this is not the way I want to deal with the four historical buildings - this was not the right strategy . The next pages will show some of these attempts , before we go on to the next phase and the chosen strategy .
