L O C A T I O N
The area of the project lies in the centre of the village Balzers in the southern part of Liechtenstein . The four chosen abandoned buildings are lying along the Elgagass , which path is leading along the castle hill and the so-called “ Runder Büchel ” with the vineyards . Although the castle Gutenberg and Elgagass are in the centre of Balzers , the area is along with vineyards and orchards still quite rural and traditional . The four buildings are coloured in darker red , whereby the castle and the education centre Haus Gutenberg is coloured in yellow . Other abandoned buildings along the Elgagass and around it are coloured in lighter red ( next page ).
