The new materials for clothes
Clothes have changed a lot in the last 50 years and scientists have recently discovered that with the plastics
that we recycle it is possible to create new materials for clothes which are more comfortable and elastic,
warm during the winter and fresh during summer. These clothes also incorporate a very advanced
technology both for healing wounds and changing the colours of the new loose dresses the way people want.
Some years ago, due to the contamination of the planet and the massive production of plastics in the world,
it was decided to investigate and make experiments with the plastics that we recycled from bottles, food
containers and plastic bags as alternative materials to create clothes with 3D printers that nowadays can
make more than five loose dresses in only ten minutes.
The famous clothes designers are also trying to make clothes with other very popular materials like recycled
polyester, which are very soft and light, nontoxic and
resistant to high temperatures, as well as other ecologic
components like organic cotton, bamboo, etc.
