2027 Better Together Community Benefit Grant
Request for Proposals
The 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment( CHNA) marks a critical step in developing a healthcare model tailored to the diverse needs of Washoe County and the communities we serve. It reflects our commitment to breaking down barriers and building a resilient, equitable and healthy community. Our approach to healthcare planning extends beyond traditional care, recognizing the social, economic and environmental factors that influence health outcomes. Through collaboration with community partners, Renown will translate the findings of the CHNA into strategies and investments that advance health equity and drive measurable improvements in community health.
Overview of Grant Opportunity Renown Health’ s Better Together Community Benefit Grants support local organizations working to improve health and address barriers across our community. Grant funding aligns with the four priority areas identified through the 2026 CHNA: Mental Health, Access to Health Services, Economic Stability, and Health Risk Behaviors & Early Detection. Investments are intended to support programs and initiatives that advance these priorities and demonstrate measurable improvements in community health. Community Benefit Grants are separate from Community Event Sponsorships, Corporate Marketing Sponsorships.
