n Registration for English as a Second Language( ESL), Citizenship and High School completion including, Credit Diploma Program( CDP), General Educational Development( GED) and National External Diploma Program( NEDP) will be held Monday, December 16, 2025, from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. at Windsor Locks High School, 58 South Elm Street, Windsor Locks, Connecticut. Registration will also be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2025, from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. and Wednesday, December 18, 2025, from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. at the Enfield Annex located on 124 North Maple Street, Enfield, Connecticut.
