REGISTRATION Everyone attending must register and wear a badge. Please visit registration upon your arrival, located outside Exhibit Hall A on the first floor.
Wednesday 7:00 a. m.– 5:00 p. m. Thursday 7:00 a. m.– 6:00 p. m. Friday 8:00 a. m.– 3:30 p. m.
CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION Use the conference mobile app to earn Certificates of Completion for sessions and workshops. Please verify acceptance with your licensing agency.
Instructions:
• Download“ AWWA Events” from your app store
• Open the event“ 2026 WSI”
• Login using your Last Name and the number printed beneath the barcode on your badge
• Each session has a‘ check-in & out code’ posted on in-room signage
• Using the app, enter codes into the parent session upon arriving, and again upon leaving the room
• A minimum of 30 minutes is required to earn a certificate
• If you need assistance, room volunteers or AWWA registration staff can help

MOBILE APP We want to ensure you have the most updated and relevant information at your fingertips. To facilitate this, we encourage you to make use of the WSI conference mobile app, your one-stop resource for all event-related details. Search your app store for“ AWWA Events”( powered by TPNI), open the application, and choose 2026 WaterSmart Innovations. Logging in is not required to browse the app; however, to build your personal schedule, and track CEUs, please use the login credentials that were emailed to you. TRAVEL BETWEEN THE DOUBLETREE HOTEL AND OREGON CONVENTION CENTER
The DoubleTree by Hilton Portland is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Oregon Convention Center through Portland’ s walkable Lloyd District. Looking for a quicker option? The MAX Light Rail station is located just outside the hotel. MAX trains run every 15 minutes or less throughout most of the day, every day. Board any westbound MAX train( Blue, Green, or Red Line) and exit one stop later at Convention Center Station. Complimentary MAX Light Rail passes are available for WSI attendees.
