Join us for fun nature and animal themed weeks! Each week will feature a different topic and plenty of hands on experiences. We’ ll become scientists to tackle experiments both inside and out, learn how to care for all our resident animals, follow the treasure map to solve mysteries and find treasure, and investigate animals that fly and build planes and rockets. These weeks will be so fun you won’ t want to miss them.

Fishing Mini Camp
Our pond is stocked with fish, and we want to show you how to catch them! Designed for beginner or intermediate fishers, this camp will teach your child how to bait a hook, cast a line, and handle fish safely. Throughout the week we will learn how to troubleshoot issues with fishing line, bobbers, and hooks, and test different baits to see what fish like best. Please wear closed-toed shoes( no crocs). Fishing Poles and bait will be provided.

Straight Shooters Archery Mini Camp
Join the growing sport of archery! Learn from certified instructors how to properly handle, care for, and shoot a recurve bow. Campers will also learn about the history of archery, play some fun games, and perfect their shots! Please wear closed-toed shoes( no crocs). Archery equipment will be provided.

Parents Night Out
Drop your kids off for a fun evening of nature activities while you enjoy a child-free night! We will meet some nature center animals, spend time outside, play games, and have a pizza party! You will pick them up ready for a good night’ s sleep.
