When Plug & Charge system cannot be used normally
When charging does not start, even though the normal procedure is followed, or an error message is displayed, check each of the following items.
When DC charging cannot be performed normally
Refer to the following table and perform the appropriate correction procedure.
n Charging with Plug & Charge cannot be started
Likely cause Plug & Charge is not set
Plug & Charge contract data has been erased from the vehicle
Correction procedure
Set up Plug & Charge on the Multimedia( �P. 128).
Check the contract status and install the contract certificate using the smartphone app.
When Plug & Charge cannot be set normally
Refer to the following table and perform the appropriate correction procedure.
n Settings cannot be changed on the multimedia, multi-information display, or smartphone app
Likely cause
The DC charging connector is connected
Correction procedure
Remove the DC charging connector and try changing the setting.
When Plug & Charge related message is displayed
When a door is opened while the power switch is off after charging, a message will be displayed on the multi-information display.
If any of the following messages is displayed, follow the message and perform the appropriate correction procedures.
