ANTONIO FERGUSON
Two-way standout Antonio Ferguson returns as the key player for the Cooper Hawks football squad. He was especially impressive as a defensive player last season, leading the way with 53 solo tackles.
BEN FRANCIS
One of the most explosive offensive players in Minnesota’ s Class 5A ranks is senior Ben Francis of the Armstrong Falcons. He gained an even 800 yards on 126 carries and scored seven touchdowns last season. He was also a receiving threat out of the backfield.

GAGE GEYER
University of Minnesota line commit Gage Geyer was a run-stopping force for Edina’ s Class 6A Prep Bowl champions last season. Quick on his feet and extremely strong, Geyer impressed the Gophers with his potential to add more size to his 6-5 frame. In addition to his physical strength, Geyer studies film and leads verbally and by example as one of five Hornet captains.
CADEN GUTZMER
Minnetonka senior quarterback Caden Gutzmer was limited to eight games last season due to injuries. Now healthy and ready to go, he is eager to improve on statistics from

last season that included a 63 percent completion mark, 1,147 air yards and 10 touchdown passes.
Also a rushing threat, Gutzmer picked up 176 yards on 25 attempts. The Skipper quarterback is committed to the University of North Dakota football program.
WINDLAN HALL
Eden Prairie has one of the best two-way players in Class 6A West District football in senior captain Windlan Hall.
On the offensive side, Hall averaged 7.7 yards per carry with 605 yards on 79 attempts. Those carries led to five rushing touchdowns. Hall is a thirdyear starter in the Eagles’

defensive backfield and is known for his ability to shut down receivers oneon-one. Hall ran a 4.5 in the 40-yard dash the opening day of practice.
OWEN KONRAD
In his first year of varsity football, Eden Prairie halfback Owen Konrad racked up 1,300 yards. Now a junior, he is ready to lead head coach Mike Grant’ s Eagles on another deep playoff run. Explosive outside and hard-nosed on inside runs, Konrad averaged 8.8 yards per carry last season and was the team’ s second leading scorer with seven touchdowns.

TRE MOORE
Dynamic junior quarterback Tre Moore of Hopkins enters his third year as a starter. In his first two varsity seasons Moore had a total of 29 touchdown passes. A two-way quarterback, Moore had 1,556 passing yards for 15 touchdowns last season and rushed for 522 yards on 106 carries with seven more touchdowns.
JJ ROONEY
In his second year as Providence Academy’ s starting quarterback, senior JJ Rooney looks to improve on last year’ s numbers that included 1,387 yards and seven touchdown passes. Rooney will look to his top returning

receiver, Ayden Hanssen and tight end Henry Willihnganz as two reliable targets.
JAX SCHNEIDER
One of the elite defensive players in Minnesota prep football, Holy Angels senior nose guard Jax Schneider made nine tackles for losses in 2025 while registering 64 tackles that included 52 solos. He also forced a fumble and blocked a kick.
DORIAN WARD
Senior defensive lineman Dorian Ward of Bloomington Jefferson was an all-district choice last season. His college choice is North Dakota State University.
