EVERETT ARNOLD

St. Louis Park’ s coaching staff used Everett Arnold at quarterback much of the time last season and he threw for 401 yards and three touchdowns. The Oriole offense has a new look this year with Arnold switching to receiver.

MYLES AUGUSTYN

Senior inside linebacker Myles Augustyn of the Minnetonka football team has committed to the football program at Illinois State University. He had an incredible junior season for the Skippers with 119 total tackles, including 69 solos, and led the team with 14 tackles for losses.

Augustyn is a defensive

captain along with Noah Wallace, who led the Skippers with 70 solo tackles from his secondary spot.

MAX BEENINGA

One of Wayzata High’ s best two-sport athletes, senior defensive back Max Beeninga was the sixth man on Wayzata’ s Lake Conference champion basketball team last winter.

“ He was among the team leaders in tackles and interceptions last season,” Wayzata head coach Derrin Lamker noted.

DRE COLLINS

Receiver and defensive back Dre Collins is Richfield High’ s returning all-district player this season.

He had 531 yards and three touchdowns on 32 receptions in 2025. On defense, Collins

contributed 29 total tackles and returned a pass interception for a touchdown.

ELI DIANE

Wayzata’ s 6-5, 275- pound defensive end Eli Diane is committed to the University of Minnesota football program for the 2027 season.

After missing all of the 2025 football season and all of the 2026 track and field season with an injury,

Diane is anxious to get back on the field and prove that he is one of the state’ s premier college prospects.

“ Eli is looking really good,” Wayzata coach Lamker said the first week of practice.
