Advertising Prep & Policies
Ready-to-Publish All materials must be in ready-to-publish condition and in correct measurements and dimensions.
Resolution /
Color / Size Materials must be submitted in JPG format at 72 pixels-per-inch resolution, RGB color. All files are restricted to a maximum of 1.4 megabytes( MB).
Animation GIFs may be submitted for use. GIFs are also restricted to a maximum 1.4 MB size.
Hyperlinks Hyperlinks to websites and landing pages will be active on the full surface of the ad. One hyperlink per ad position. URLs to be supplied by advertisers at the time of materials delivery.
Delivery All materials should be delivered to emerson @ stoneupdate. com.
TERMS
All payments are due on receipt of invoice. Directory advertising is invoiced at time of placement. Advertising not pre-paid will be invoiced on publication of magazine. Late charges of 1.5 % per month accrue after 30 days of invoice. Advertiser and / or agency is responsible for collections / attorney’ s fees.
Publisher reserves right to accept, reject or edit any advertisement for any reason. Advertiser and / or agency assumes all liability for advertisements, Stone Update Magazine and its owners are not responsible for the claims or accuracy of any statements made in paid advertising or contributed materials.
