INSPECTION OF CATTLE Bulls will be available for viewing at the Bonneville County Fairgrounds the morning of March 4th. Bulls can be viewed at our respective farms prior to sale day.

HERD HEALTH All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for shipment out of state. All bulls are scrotal measured, and semen tested. The bulls have been vaccinat- ed with 8-Way and for IBR, P13, BVD1 & 2, BRSV, and given Ivomec injectable. A veterinarian from Willowcreek animal hospital will be on site sale day.
RETAINED INTEREST Snake River Valley Breeders retain one-third revenue sharing semen interest in all bulls selling. Buyer will receive full possession and full salvage on bulls.
IDENTIFICATION OF SALE CATTLE Sale tags correspond with the sale book lot numbers. Ranch tags correspond with tattoos.
LIVESTOCK MORTALITY INSURANCE A representative from James Bessler Inc. will be available to assist you with mortality insurance for your purchases.
TERMS & CONDITIONS All cattle sell under the Terms and Conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association and the North American Limousin Foundation. All supplements to the sale book or announcements made from the block take precedence over what is written in this book.

FIRST YEAR BREEDING GUARANTEE All bulls selling for $ 4,000 or more will be covered 50 % by Rimrock Angus and Beckman Livestock if they are injured during their first breeding season and not able to return to service during that first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls.
50 % of the value of the injured bull, minus one-half of the salvage value, will be given as credit in a future sale or towards a replacement bull if one is available. Salvage value, if any, will be split equally between Rimrock Angus, Beckman Livestock and the buyer. A bull’ s inability to naturally service cows must be diagnosed by a veterinarian and immediately reported to us and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. All claims must be made by September 1, 2025.
Example 1: A $ 6,000 bull is injured, a credit of $ 3,000 minus one-half any salvage value will be given to the buyer. Example 2: A $ 4,000 bull is injured, a credit of $ 2,000 minus one-half of any salvage value will be given to the buyer. Example 3: A $ 2,750 bull is injured, no credit is given. Buyer retains all salvage value.
DELIVERY Free delivery within 500 miles or bring your trailer and pick up your bulls. Bulls picked up SALE DAY will receive a $ 100 credit per bull. We can keep the bulls until May 1 with buyer paying feed costs of $ 3.00 per day and coming to pick them up when you are ready. On all cattle to be fed until May 1st, insurance on cattle is required.
LIABILITY All persons attending the sale and related functions do so at their own risk. Snake River Valley Genetics, its employees and representatives assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents or injuries that may occur.
* Each bull will be at the buyer’ s risk as soon as the bull is sold, but will be cared for by the seller for a reasonable period of time. Every precaution will be taken for the well being of the bulls sold.
