This is the first set of Lonesome Dove bulls to sell. Lonesome Dove was our lead off and high selling yearling bull in our 2024 sale going to the Rafter T ranch in Montana. We have used him extensively in our A. I. program the last two years. A new pedigree for us here. We used the L7 Koko bull for his calving ease and eye appeal. And he worked very well on heifers. As you can see in this bull he has a narrow head and tight shoulder. An actual birth weight of 76 lbs. Born unassisted out of a first calf heifer. CED of 16 is top 5 %, BW EPD of-1.1 top 15 %, then WW goes to 78 top 25 %. Milk of 30 and TM of 69 both top 15 %, CEM of 9 is top 10 %, and stay ability is 21 top 1 %. For a bull you can use on heifers he sure checks a lot of other boxes that will make him a very useful bull.

A little higher percentage bull here. He is long and lean and travels well. Lower BW EPD of 0.3 with an actual birth weight of 84 lbs.
