What happens when capable people spend so much energy managing how they are perceived that they have less energy left to think, create, lead, recover, and live?
Too Much and Not Enough is not only a memoir.
It examines what happens when neurodivergence, race, class, grief, caregiving, institutional power, and workplace expectations collide.
It looks at the gap between how institutions describe themselves and how people actually experience them.
It looks at what we learn to endure, what we tell ourselves to survive, and what happens when endurance is no longer enough.
The book also introduces the MISREAD Framework™, which grew out of my need to stop simply reacting to difficult environments and start examining them more deliberately.
 What was happening?
What was I being asked to tolerate?
What options did I actually have?
Was it time to stay, advocate, pivot, or leave? Before we can make those decisions, however, we have to name the contradiction.
Some people are not failing. They are exhausted from being expected to appear less threatening while also being more exceptional than everyone around them.
They have been told that they are too much. They have also been made to feel that they will never be enough.
This book is for them. Too Much and Not Enough: Neurodivergence, Race, and Broken Systems will be released September 15. https:// innovation-for-impact-consulting. kit. com / 126b979a11
