Faith communities can become powerful partners in preventing radon-induced lung cancer through education, outreach, testing, and community action.

The Faith Committee Chair for Citizens for Radioactive Radon Reduction (CR3) will play an important leadership role by connecting churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, and other faith-based organizations with practical opportunities to protect families from radon exposure.

The goal is not simply to distribute information. It i s to turn trusted faith institutions into community partners that encourage radon testing, support families,

and help remove financial barriers to mitigation.
