Most memorable moment you have had as a player? Playing in the State finals as a freshman! What is your favorite quote?“ Believe you can and you’ re halfway there.” Who are your favorite sport( s) team( s)? Alabama Crimson Tide What are you most thankful for? There is so much I am thankful for. Mostly, I am thankful for my family and friends who always support and believe in the best of me! What is your favorite food and restaurant? Chicken, cheese, and rice. My favorite restaurant is Chipotle. What ' s your favorite sports movie? The Sandlot Favorite athlete? Bri Ellis Who has been your favorite teammate and why? Sophia Gonzalez. Her and I grew up together playing softball and since then, she’ s been my throwing partner. She always pushes me to be a better person and teammate. What organizations are you involved in? Do you have a favorite or one you are more active in? Last summer, I volunteered at St. Bernards Healthcare and it made me want to be involved in healthcare. Because of this organization & my involvement in sports, I want to pursue becoming a Physical Therapist.!
What are your plans beyond high school? Play college softball at Three Rivers and become a Physical Therapist. What team do you love to beat and can ' t stand to lose to? I love to beat Paragould( hometown rival) and I can’ t stand to lose to Beebe. What is something valuable you have learned this season from one of your coaches?“ There is a reason why the windshield is bigger than the rearview mirror” This means you should focus on what’ s ahead of you than what’ s behind you. What player from the past at your school did you enjoy playing with the most and why? Ava Carter. She was a great role model in all of the ways. She was a great softball player and an even better teammate. What ' s a cause you are passionate about? Adopting dogs. My best dog friend, Willow, I got 3 years ago from a shelter. She is my biggest blessing and I will always advocate for adopting versus shopping for a dog! Do you have a nickname? if so, what is it? Emmy
