Chris Stapleton Most memorable moment you have had as a player? Definitely getting to win two, hopefully three state championships with some of my favorite guys. Just the environment and being able to experience that type of game with the dudes you worked all season with is truly a memory I could never forget. Who are your favorite sport( s) team( s)? Baseball, College Football, NFL, College Basketball. Yankees, Syracuse Orange, Broncos What ' s your favorite sports movie? Benchwarmers Favorite athlete? Derek Jeter
What are you most thankful for? I’ m most thankful for my parents. I may not tell them all the time but the amount of effort and time that they have put into me is the reason I am the person and player I am today. I wouldn’ t be anywhere without them and am just thankful they never forced me to do anything I didn’ t want to do but walked along side me through it all. Who has been your favorite teammate and why? Probably Noah Scutero. We grew up playing together, and I’ ve loved getting to grow up and play the game we both have loved since we were younger. We are constantly messing with each other and that just shows how close we really are. What organizations are you involved in? Do you have a favorite or one you are more active in? I am the Student Council President. I coach for BPA where I coach 9 year old’ s. I am also a part of the Student Lead Team at Central Baptist Church where I get to lead high school and junior high students and just really be a role model for them as I leave and as they can start stepping in and filling my shoes. What player from the past at your school did you enjoy playing with the most and why? Probably Drew Gartman. He graduated last year and I got to practice and play behind him for three years. It was just cool to watch how he played and how he handled different situations. I also got to share a room with him when we traveled, and he was able to show me how to have fun while also working hard for what you love. What ' s a cause you are passionate about? Sharing the Gospel. It’ s what my life is built on and we are commanded by God to go and make disciples and share His name.
