FREDA POUNDSTONE INDUCTED 2016
In 1979 and 1980, Freda helped guide two very important issues, including the state-wide home rule Rent Control Law and the Real Estate Tax law, which since then has served the industry well. Freda was an unsung hero of property rights, having saved apartment owners billions of dollars in taxes.
DRAKE POWELL INDUCTED 2018
Beyond serving as president of AAMD in 2006, Drake has been involved in many aspects of CAA, JLAC, AAMD Alliance and more. Since 1996, his highly-respected leadership in the industry industry has led to developing one of the largest third-party property management firms in Denver.
REED RICE INDUCTED 2022
Reed is best known not just for his volunteerism but for his consistent mentorship to Suppliers for more than 25 years. He has spent much of his career volunteering and chairing various philanthropic projects, including AAMD’ s Spring Clean and Charity Auctions for Family Homestead.
BRANDON RICH INDUCTED 2022
Brandon served both AAMD and CAA as President, dramatically accelerating AAMD funding towards political initiatives, campaigns and legislative strategiy to protect our industry. As CAA President, he emphasized the collective power of local affiliates working more unified and stronger together.

He was the founder of the AAMD Maintenance Olympics event, has been Chairman or co-chair every year, not to mention Presenting Sponsor for 16 years. He has been the chief engineer of the NAA Maintenance Mania Program which is now held in nearly 80 different affiliates. IN 2016, Ed won NAA’ s National Supplier Excellence Award.
SCOT SELLERS INDUCTED 2018
Scot founded one of the largest and most respected apartment companies in the nation. Hie leadership led to major industry innovations and breakthroughs in technology in the industry. His company introduced many new practices to the industry including web-based credit scoring and online leasing capabilities.
