RHONDA HANSCH INDUCTED 2015
Rhonda was the first leader to serve as AAMD President two times, and pioneered several programs and events that are still active today, including the Chili Cookoff, Spring Clean, and Charity Auction. As AAMD President she was instrumental in turning the Association around financially during the turn of the century.
JEFF HAWKS INDUCTED 2015
Jeff is most known for being the most successful multifamily brokers in Denver. He and his company were outstanding supporters of our IROC Program, as his company was the Annual Presenting sponsor as well as the lead sponsor of the AAMD Vacancy and Rent Report for two decades. Jeff has chaired and presented at countless conferences over the course of his career.
PAT HUTCHISON INDUCTED 2018
Since her arrival to Denver in the early 2000’ s, Pat brought her high energy level to quickly become an integral part of the growth an leadership at AAMD. She served in various leadership roles for both AAMD and the Colorado Apartment Association, which she served as President.

Steve was AAMD President in the early 1980s, and ascended to serve the National Apartment Association as President in 1988. Steve was inducted into the National Apartment Association Hall of Famd in 1991. He was a true entrepreneurial spirit who is known as an industry icon for his work in property management in Denver.
LYN JACOBS INDUCTED 2015
With over 20 years of AAMD volunteerism and 3 straight terms on the board, he served as Chairman or Co-Chairman of the AAMD Golf Tournament for 10 years, with his company presenting the event since 2001. Lyn and his team at Arbor are one of the most active AAMD suppliers serving nearly every committee and financially sponsoring numerous events and programs.
CHIP KABRUD INDUCTED 2015
Chip is best known for cofounding the AAMD Chili Cook Off in 2000 and served as committee chair and Presenting Sponsor for 15 years! His vision and passion for this family fun event earned him the nickname the Big Chili! Chip served on the AAMD Board for several years as well as the AAMD finance committee.
