Lynett spent many years leading the AAMD Ambassadors- onboarding new members. She led the host committee team for the NAA conference in Denver and received a Paragon Award for her leadership. Her passion for recognizing people shines through in her sponsor support and volunteerism, as well as identifying and placing new talent for the industry.
The face of apartment appraisals in the Denver industry for decades, Cary’ s vast knowledge and expertise of the market has made him an invaluable resource to AAMD and its members. For over a decade, Cary has penned“ Denver Rising” for Apartment Trends and spent countless hours preparing presentations to educate and inform our leadership.
Terry is a life long Colorado entrepreneur foucsed on business, politics and family, serving as CEO of five public companies, investing in real estate and more. He was elected twice to the Colorado Senate( 1987 and 1992) and held leadership roles in numerous campagns and political organizations. Terry is most know for his leadership as CEO of Aimco, one of the largest REITs in the world at one time.

Sandy has the distinction of being elected the first female president of AAMD in 1995. As President she was successful in defeating rent control and continue improving education programs. Sandy’ s friendships made in the industry were and are very important to her.
Dan’ s unparalleled dedication to the industry spans over two decades, during which he worked to help advance education, legislation, and overall excellence within our community. His leadership and passion for the industry, coupled with his generous contributions and sponsorship of key initiatives exemplify his unwavering commitment to our collective success.
With nearly 40 years of AAMD volunteerism, featured with her incredible diversity of chairing nearly every AAMD Committee, Terry championed and served AAMD in so many ways. She won the prestigious Jack Shapiro Award in 1996. Her warm smile and heart made Terry such a special ambassador of our industry and association.
