Being offered is the entire home consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 beds and 2 baths capable of housing 8 guests comfortably. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 11-year-old home is located on 2.5 acres east of Stillwater, 0.5 miles east of Payne Co. Fairgrounds and 3 miles to Stillwater and the OSU campus. The home features a split floor plan, an open living area with a large kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Country living with easy access to Stillwater. The home features a large wooded backyard with covered porches in the front and back. It also has a firepit, grill and fenced area for dogs. A large open space in front is perfect for large vehicles while still having plenty of parking. The buyer will be contacted after GOI with more details and contact information to finalize the dates.
