Go PURPLE
October is recognized nationally as Domestic Violence Awareness Month( DVAM), providing an opportunity to shed light on the issue of domestic violence and its impact on victims, survivors, families, and communities. This year, the GDC staff continued their“ Go Purple” tradition to raise awareness for DVAM.
Pink Out
During October, staff showed support for those affected by breast cancer by wearing pink, not just as a color, but as a symbol of hope and solidarity for survivors, fighters, and everyone impacted by this disease.
