Bump & Birth

Prepare for birth with confidence. Bump & Birth is a five-week childbirth education course for expectant parents in their second or third trimester. Together, we’ ll explore the physiology of labor, comfort measures, partner support, informed decision-making, and postpartum recovery in a warm, evidence-based environment. Whether you’ re welcoming your first baby or simply looking for a more connected birth experience, this class offers practical tools and space to ask questions, build confidence, and prepare for the journey ahead. 4 weeks with Childbirth Educator, Labor & Delivery Nurse, and Doula: Kate Hopkins. Final week with a special guest speaker.

Birth Essentials
Monday, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Instructor: Aurea Hawkes
Looking for a childbirth class without the multi-week commitment? Birth Essentials is a two-hour workshop designed for expectant parents who may already have some familiarity with birth and want to deepen their understanding. Together, we’ ll explore the stages of labor, common medical interventions, mindfulness techniques, comfort measures including breathing and labor positions, and how to create a birth plan that reflects your values. Leave feeling informed, empowered, and more prepared for birth. Lead by full spectrum doula and child birth educator, Aurea Hawkes.

Sing, play, and discover with us! Songs & Stories is a joyful gathering where little ones( newborn – 24 months) and their caregivers explore the seasons through music, books, movement, and hands-on activities. Find your village while your little one finds theirs.
