MOBILE APP The conference mobile app provides up-to-the-minute changes to the printed program. It allows you to search by speaker, sponsor, and more! Search your app store for“ AWWA Events”( powered by TPNI, open the application, and choose 2026 Water Infrastructure Conference. Logging in is not required to browse the app; however, to build your personal schedule, and track for certificates of completion, please use the login credentials that were emailed to you. Also available at Registration.

Everyone attending the conference must register and wear a badge. Your badge is your admission pass to the educational sessions, luncheons, and receptions.

PERSONAL INFORMATION POLICY As part of your event registration, AWWA show management and approved thirdparty affiliates( including sponsors) will collect and use your personal contact information, such as name, address and email. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM DISCLAIMER AWWA takes care to select and verify the qualifications of speakers, presenters, and moderators; however, the opinions and views they express are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of AWWA, its leadership, planning committee, or staff. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of any information shared during presentations, discussions, and networking conversations, and refrain from disclosing or misusing such information.
PHOTOGRAHY & INFORMATION RELEASE POLICY By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you allow AWWA to use your name, image, voice, and likeness for event-related and marketing purposes across digital and print platforms. Event photos may be shared with attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors and other third parties. You waive any rights to review, approve, or receive compensation for these uses. You also agree to receive show-related and promotional emails from event hosts and sponsors. At no time, however, will your contact information be sold or otherwise directly disclosed to exhibitors or conference vendors.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION / HARASSMENT POLICY AWWA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or sexual harassment by or toward any participant or staff member. Prohibited conduct includes discriminatory behavior, intimidation, verbal or physical harassment, unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and any verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, including jokes, innuendo, or other inappropriate behavior.
