First licensed in 2008, Rajshad Anderson began his real estate career as an apprentice before stepping away from the industry just two years later. Over the next decade, he built a leadership career in the luxury fitness industry, overseeing large teams while staying committed to one day returning to real estate.
In late 2023, Rajshad made the decision to come back full time, entering a challenging market with renewed focus and discipline. What began as a slow restart turned into steady momentum, driven by service, operational consistency and genuine human connection.
