The gates open at 4 p. m. on both Friday and Saturday, and pre-rodeo activities will kick off at 5:30 p. m. each night to entertain all with local youth activities before the professional competitions. Those interested can sign up for Mutton Bustin’ via the Association’ s website, that is preceded by a goat-tying presentation by aspiring cowboys and girls.
Admission to the spectator’ s bleacher style seats is first-come, first-serve with tickets available at the gate; or pre-event tickets are available online. Adult tickets in advance are $ 25.00 online and $ 30 at the gate; tickets for children ages 4-12 are $ 5 when purchased online or at the gate; children 3 and under are admitted free.
All proceeds benefit the fire department and community. Rodeo revenue goes to the department, enabling it to upgrade gear and equipment as needed without impacting the taxpayer-funded budget.
