Lab Hours Labs are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 6:00pm. Departmental labs, managed by their individual departments, may be reserved by instructors. These labs would be unavailable during these times.
Saint Bernard Hall, Room 16 This lab features twenty workstations running Windows 11 and Microsoft Office. This lab is also equipped with a Copier / Printer / Scanner as well as a 75” 4k interactive touch flat panel screen.
Natural Science & Mathematics & Health Professions Computer Lab( Frances M. Maguire Hall, Room 203) The Natural Science & Mathematics lab features twenty workstations running the Windows 11 operating system. These workstations support Microsoft Office. This lab is also equipped with a Copier / Printer / Scanner.
Breezeway Computer Area( Mercy Hall / University Hall / Keiss Library / Frances M. Maguire Hall / Waldron Student Center) Workstations are running the Windows 11 Operation System. These workstations have Microsoft Office and this area is equipped with a Copier / Printer / Scanner.
University Hall Lab( University Hall, Room W108) The University Hall Lab features thirty workstations running the Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft Office. This lab also features a Copier / Printer / Scanner.
Finance Trading Lab( University Hall, Room E204) The Finance Trading Lab consists of 16 computers with dual monitor display units running Windows 11 operating system with Microsoft Office. This computer lab also features a 42-foot stock ticker, two digital signage displays for new information about financial markets, and a projection system.
PUBLIC SAFETY
The Department of Public Safety and Security is responsible for providing security services and emergency first responder services for Gwynedd Mercy University’ s Campus. The Public Safety staff enforce the university policies, federal, and state laws for campus administrative purposes only. Public Safety and Security investigate campus criminal incidents for administrative purposes as they relate to its campus judicial process.
Public Safety and Security Staff are not Police Officers. Criminal incidents may be investigated for possible criminal prosecution by the local Lower Gwynedd Police Department or other law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction. The Vice President of Student Services and Dean of Students manages disciplinary action for matters that are violations of university rules. The Director of Human Resources manages violations of conduct as they relate to employee conduct. The Title IX Coordinator, in conjunction with the Vice President of Student Services and Dean of Students and the Director for Human Resources, manages violations as they pertain to Title IX and Sexual Harassment.
