International Students
All international applicants seeking admission to a Gwynedd Mercy University traditional campus undergraduate program must submit the following:
1. Online application found at https:// apply. gmercyu. edu / apply / or the Common Application. Students should complete only one application for admission consideration.
2. A professional course-by-course evaluation of all academic work( overseas college / university or high school / secondary foreign transcripts) completed outside of the United States by a NACES approved organization.
3. Evidence of high school graduation, which can be demonstrated through an official transcript or a copy of their General Educational Development( GED) test results or certificate. The high school transcript evaluation should show satisfactory completion of( or current enrollment in) at least 16 units in the following areas:
English
4 units Mathematics 3 units Science
3 units
History
1 unit College pre-electives 3 units
The minimum GPA requirement for university admission is a 2.5 / 4.0 cumulative unweighted GPA. Specific academic majors and the honors program may have a GPA higher than the university minimum.
4. Evidence of English Language Proficiency: Minimum test score of 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL or 6.0 on the IELTS test or the equivalent.
