In early 2024, Targets to Therapies collaborators began the process of identifying a list of promising therapeutic targets to fuel the clinical pipeline.
We want a large pool of targets, because we want to seed the pipeline with diverse targets to tackle the variable nature of the disease. Taking targets that aren’ t as promising off the table— by strategically reducing the number of targets we’ re focusing on— is ultimately a good thing.
