PCW02 Adding Utility Benchmarking to Your Continuous Performance Improvement Toolbox

This workshop shows utilities now to use benchmarking data from AWWA’ s Utility Benchmarking Survey( UBS) to improve performance. Using results from UBS, utilities can focus their efforts on areas with gaps and set improvement targets. This workshop will educate attendees on how to utilize the UBS data as part of their continuous performance improvement process.
