Each year, the Alaska CHARR Educational Fund proudly awards the Charles H. Selman Memorial Scholarship to passionate students pursuing excellence in hospitality, culinary arts, tourism, and related industries. This year’ s awardees reflect a bright future for Alaska’ s service industry, with scholars spanning disciplines and institutions across the country. We are thrilled to honor these eight outstanding Alaskan recipients whose dedication and dreams embody the spirit of Charles H. Aspen Bauer- Awarded $ 1500
HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA Aspen brings energy and enthusiasm to the future of hotel and resort management. Her focus on sustainable guest experiences positions her as a rising leader in the field.

Samantha Geffe-Awarded $ 1,500
