Bella was extremely involved in ZHS, as she was part of National Honor Society, L. I. N. K., Leadership, Educators Rising, Class Officers, and captain of the girls soccer team, all while taking multiple college and AP courses.

2. What was your most memorable high school experience? Why was it special?
My most memorable high school experience was high school soccer practices. It was a whole season that I got to spend with all my best friends and we always had so much

Allison has worked at the Walmart in Elk River since March of 2024. She has also been volunteering for the Sherburne County National Wildlife Refuge. She did Adopt a Road, and iNaturalist Photography.
2. What was your most memorable high school experience? Why was it special?
Allison’ s most memorable high school experience was when the power went out junior year in the lunch line, and a bunch of people screamed. She says it was special because it was an amusing moment that involved severed weather, and everyone was okay.

3. What are your plans for the future?
Bella will be attending the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire next year to further her academic and athletic career. She will be majoring in Biomedical Engineering.

I plan to further my career at Winona State University. I am not sure what major I want to go for yet, I am undecided.

Allison plans to move to Norman, Oklahoma, to be closer to people her age who make her happy. She will storm chase with those friends, take photos, and build memories that will last a lifetime. She will transfer Walmart stores to one down there and look into getting a trade job.

Jonah’ s involvement in high school classes included courses like AP Bio, AP Physics, and Wind Symphony. He also did PSEO and was able to achieve a two-year college degree.
Jonah participated in several extra-curricular activities including Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Pep Band, Jazz band, Modern Band, Band Buddies, National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Knowledge Bowl, The One-Act, Speech, and Prostart. Out of all of these his favorites were Soccer, Jazz Band, Speech, and Prostart.

Parents: Travis Roush and Mallory Bernardson Town: Zimmerman 1. Highlight your involvement in high school classes and extracurricular activities this past year.
Madison has greatly enjoyed the classes and sports in which she has been able to participate. Each day, she looks forward to returning to school to engage with her friends and teachers, as well as her softball teammates and coaches. Overall, her experiences with academics, athletics, and other activities alongside her classmates have significantly enriched her time at school.
2. What was your most memorable high school experience? Why was it special?
Overall, the friendships Madison has formed throughout her time in school have been a memorable experiences in high school was getting to do Pep Band at the US Bank Stadium when our football team made it to start. He enjoyed being able to play music with friends and seeing basically the whole school there to support the team.
3. What are your plans for the future?
Jonah is going to attend UW Madison in the fall to pursue an engineering degree. He is unsure what type of engineering degree he wants, but is leaning towards electrical engineering. He is uncertain about what he will do after that, but he plans to make the most of it.

She feels fortunate to have been surrounded by a caring and supportive group of friends who not only made her time in class more enjoyable but also helped create cherished memories. Additionally, Madison will always look back fondly on school-wide activities, such as sports events and pep rallies, that brought her class together.

Madison is pursuing a finance degree at the University of St. Thomas.
GRACIE CROOKS

Crooks and Brian Crooks Town: Zimmerman 1. Highlight your involvement in high school classes and extracurricular activities this past year.
Gracie was able to do one last show with the theater department at Zimmerman High School as Glinda in the Wizard of Oz this past year! She’ s also been training for her private pilot license at a local flight club and playing piano competitively in MMTA. For her last semester, she was studying full time on campus at the University of Minnesota.
2. What was your most memorable high school experience? Why was it special?
Gracie will always remember the times a class would get completely off-topic, and the teacher would just let it happen. What would start as a random comment turned into a full discussion where
everyone chimed in. It wasn’ t a part of the curriculum, yet it was how people connected most in the classroom. Those chaotic, little detours in class are the best kind of memorable.
3. What are your plans for the future?
Gracie is planning to go into the Air Force this fall and complete an aviation degree online at the University of North, all while continuing her flight training. She hopes to experience being both a military and commercial pilot at some point in the future.
