Assessment Criteria The assessment criteria for Renown Health ’ s Better Together Community Benefit Grants are designed to ensure that funded projects align with community health priorities and have a measurable impact . To ensure fairness and objectivity , applications for related initiatives will be reviewed blindly by a committee of healthcare professionals .
Applications will be evaluated based on the following :
• Alignment with Priorities : How well the project addresses one or more focus areas identified in the Community Health Needs Assessment ( e . g ., access to care , mental health , social determinants of health , preventive care ).
• Connection to Priority Populations : The extent to which the project targets underserved or vulnerable populations .
• Project Scope and Feasibility : The clarity and feasibility of the project ’ s goals , timeline , and budget .
• Impact and Measurability : The potential for measurable outcomes and the ability to demonstrate sustainable community benefits .
• Collaboration and Partnerships : Evidence of partnerships with other organizations or stakeholders to enhance the project ’ s reach and impact .
• Innovation and Sustainability : The project ’ s ability to introduce innovative solutions or ensure sustainability beyond the grant period .
These criteria help prioritize projects that can make the greatest difference in improving the health and wellbeing of the community .
