Princeton Primary School serves students in kindergarten through second grade . The Primary School focuses on cultivating curiosity and building problem solving skills , while encouraging your child to discover their unique stripes and strengths , to develop self-esteem and confidence . The Primary School offers a Spanish Immersion program that teaches students the language and cultural customs of Spanish-speaking countries . Spanish Immersion is offered through middle school .

Princeton Intermediate School , serving students in grades three - five , maintains a great climate and positive environment using Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports ( PBIS ),
known locally as Tiger Pride . PBIS involves a structure for creating expectations , teaching those expectations and recognizing the positive behavior around our school , providing additional behavioral support as needed . In addition to an outstanding academic program , Princeton Intermediate School provides opportunities for student leadership , a daily news program and community service .

Princeton Middle School sits nearby the scenic Rum River and is home to students in grades six - eight . Students begin each day with an advisory period where they connect with teachers and students through a social emotional learning curriculum . Students receive core instruction in language arts , math , social studies and science . Students also enroll in a variety of allied arts classes such as art , advanced Spanish , phy-ed , computer technology , world language , health , math enrichment and science-technology-engineering-arts-math ( STEAM ). Students are exposed at the middle school to our district ’ s Career Academies prior to high school where they can begin to make the connection between school and possible future career interests .
