Eligible incarcerated individuals can also enroll in the MINNCOR Employ program , an employment-assistance program designed to reduce recidivism and release incarcerated individuals as employable , contributing citizens . At this facility , incarcerated individuals have the chance to earn certificates in computer literacy , Microsoft Office Specialist , and painting and decoration , through the Minnesota Correctional Education Center .
