EMERGENCY , TRAUMA AND INTENSIVE CARE
As a Level IV trauma center , M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Center provides life-saving care to people with serious injuries and illnesses . Hospitalists in the intensive care unit ( ICU ) use technology that gives them a direct link to critical care doctors at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital . This program , called Tele- ICU , uses remote monitoring and twoway video and audio to provide a higher level of care , making it possible for people with complex medical conditions to stay in a hospital closer to home .
ORTHOPEDIC AND SPINE CARE
The Orthopedic Center provides a comprehensive range of orthopedic and sports services to help keep people from being sidelined by acute and long-term muscle , bone and joint issues .
