1. You have been apart of one of the most successful runs in football in school history at Valley View. What has that experience been like for you? I have to say that pride, honor, and responsibility all come to mind when playing for Valley View. We say an acronym every time we end a practice which is“ CTR” which means commitment, toughness, and resilience. This is what I try to live up to. I thought that I would never get the opportunity to play but through hard work and dedication I have been blessed to have a role on this team. Coach Carter the o-line coach has had a huge impact on me on and off the field. Overall, I am very thankful for what God has blessed me with.
2. You guys made it to the final four last season. Obviously, you guys came up a bit short but lost to a very good team. What was that entire night like from start to finish? Does it motivate you for this season? When I first got on to the field it was freezing cold and the nerves were high because we were playing a team that has won the championship before. I seriously don’ t remember most of the game. It was like I was in autopilot, but I was also very focused on what I was doing and put forth all my effort.
