The festivities began on May 12th with an elegant VIP Night at the Petroleum Club of Anchorage. Sponsored by US Foods, with drinks and spirits courtesy of Odom and Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits, the evening offered a relaxed, classy space for networking, connection, and raising a toast to the women shaping the industry.

On May 13, 2025, Alaska CHARR hosted the 3rd Annual SHE( Strength, Heart, Excellence) Event— a bold, inspiring gathering dedicated to empowering women in the hospitality and tourism industry. With the theme Educate. Elevate. Empower, this year’ s event brought together influential speakers, driven professionals, and community leaders for a transformative day of learning, connection, and celebration.
