An association icon and legislative warrior for our industry , Carrie has been a member since 1999 - defending and protecting the industry through state and local efforts . She has served on the CAA Board of Directors for over 30 years , and was instrumental in creating JLAC . She has served on multiple NAA committees , including Region VIII VP from 2006-2008 .
KAREN GLADNEY INDUCTED 2018
Karen ’ s energy is endless as the founder of two successful companies and the volunteer hours she has given to AAMD for over 20 years , including helping launch the widely successful and groundbreaking Technology Conference . She is incredibly dedicated to her team , clients , friends and industry .
GREG GULLEY INDUCTED 2016
Greg has been a strong supporter of the AAMD since his days working in brokerage . Greg and his wife founded and owned Omni Properties until its sale to Riverstone Residential in 2007 , encouraged his many employees to be involved at AAMD . Greg spent many years on AAMD leadership and is known for the amount of new members he brought into the association .
JOHN HAGAN INDUCTED 2015
John has volunteered for AAMD and impacted this industry since the mid 1980 ’ s . His creative passion in the form of sponsorships and hosting AAMD events added so much creativity , professionalism and fun to our events , not to mention more than a decade of hosting the Chili Cook Off event at Redi Carpet .
ANDREW HAMRICK INDUCTED 2016
With hundreds of billable ( yet volunteered ) hours , Drew has over 25 years of AAMD and CAA volunteerism battling the state legislature . He has authored all of the CAA leases , forms and legal documents , as well as the CAA Legal Handbook since 1995 . Drew ’ s contribution to AAMD & CAA is likely in billions of dollars saved to this industry .
RHONDA HANSCH INDUCTED 2015
Rhonda was the first leader to serve as AAMD President two times , and pioneered several programs and events that are still active today , including the Chili Cookoff , Spring Clean , and Charity Auction . As AAMD President she was instrumental in turning the Association around financially during the turn of the century .
