AWB President Kris Johnson joined other state leaders, including bipartisan members of the Legislature and high-tech manufacturer Amelia Cook of Goodwinds Composites( right), as he delivered the thirdannual State of Manufacturing Address to a crowd gathered at the Port of Seattle’ s Terminal 46.
