AWB visited Port Townsend Foundry, a custom and production nonferrous foundry that has been in continuous operation since 1983. It specializes in marine hardware, but also produces a wide range of other products, from architectural hardware to custom memorial benches.“ We use only the best materials available. Our castings are produced in silicon bronze( Everdur), manganese bronze, aluminum bronze, white bronze, and aluminum alloys,” said owner and founder Pete Langley( lower right).“ All of our ingots are supplied by an American smelting operation that specializes in recycled materials. These alloys are all held to the highest standards. We tool, pour, and finish our castings in-house at our facility in Port Townsend, Washington. Our reputation has been built on hard work and customer satisfaction, and we are proud to use the words‘ made in the USA’.”
