Being offered is the entire home consisting of 4 bedrooms , 4 bedsand 2 baths capable of housing 8 guestscomfortably . Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay . This 11-year-old home is located on 2.5 acres east of Stillwater , 0.5 miles east of Payne Co . Fairgrounds and 3 miles to Stillwater and the OSU campus . The home features a split floor plan , an open living area with a large kitchen as well as a washer and dryer . Country living with easy access to Stillwater . The home features a large wooded backyard with covered porches in the front and back . It also has a firepit , grill and fenced area for dogs . A large open space in front is perfect for large vehicles while still having plenty of parking .
