HEAVYWEIGHT RECYCLERS : Recycled more than 460 tons of material every year .
LANDFILL FRIENDLY : Reusable or biodegradable dishware and cutlery are used whenever possible .
SUSTAINABLE SEATING : Purchased 31K chairs made from recycled car batteries and seatbelts .
