RETAILER PROP COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS

If products require Prop 65 warnings, it is the manufacturer’ s responsibility to determine and provide such Prop 65-compliant warnings, including compliant warnings already affixed to or printed on the product. KeHE does not undertake to provide you with any advice or guidance concerning your company’ s obligations to comply with Prop 65. Please consult with experienced counsel if you have questions concerning how to comply with the new Prop 65 warning regulations. Retailer’ s continued purchase of products from KeHE shall constitute its acknowledgment of and agreement to this notice. KeHE will not be held liable for inaccurate or incomplete Prop 65 information.
