As Past President of the Polk County Builders Association and the Florida Home Builders Association, he brought strength, knowledge and integrity to his industry leadership roles. A successful builder and developer, he provided an influential and articulate voice on the industry’ s most critical land use and growth management issues, and consistently fought for affordable housing opportunities for all Floridians. He was Builder of the Year in 1998.( Elected to Hall in 2004)
