Under his leadership as its Executive Director, the Florida Home Builders Association became a major force in Florida government and politics. He initiated, formulated and managed all facets of FHBA, including programs, conventions and public relations. He was instrumental in creating insurance programs as a member service and was considered one of the most influential lobbyists in Tallahassee.( Elected to Hall in 1993)
