Patti has served in several key leadership roles in the local, state and national associations, contributing her experience to countless Parade of Homes, Excel Awards, Aurora Awards and Convention Committees. Her leadership and dedication shaped the Sales & Marketing Council’ s value proposition – throughout the federation. Awarded Associate of the Year by the Florida Home Builders Association in 1995, then joined the Senior Officer ladder in 1996 as Third Vice President, followed by Second Vice President in 1997 and Immediate Past Second Vice President in 1998.( Elected to Hall in 2021)
