Pioneer, leader, entrepreneur for over four decades, his success is attributed to his philosophy of integrity and fairness. His keen analysis of housing developments and sound judgments of the building industry articulated to his fellow builders, has heightened the definition of better housing for the nation. He encouraged the concept of diversification and mixed-use developments. He was Builder of the Year in 1974.( Elected to Hall in 1991; also a member of the National Housing Hall of Fame)
