President and Builder of the Year of the Florida Home Builders Association in 1989, he has been a visionary industry leader since he started in the home building business in 1953. He served 22 years on the Board of Directors of Pasco County Builders Association and as its President in 1976. He balanced Association leadership with significant contributions to government relations, community activities and charitable causes.( Elected to Hall in 1998)
